Anywhere in the world, Korean food is known to be spicy, flavorful and of course, scrumptious. But besides being delicious, Korean cuisine also provides eaters with many health benefits. In fact, South Korea takes pride in its low obesity rate of just 3.5 percent as compared to US’ 34.4%, Mexico’s 30%, United Kingdom’s 25%, and New Zealand’s 25%.
